1. Our Esio water heaters are storage water heaters equipped with an inner tank that pre-heats water to 65°C for usage. You’ll need a dedicated hot water pipeline and a mixer tap to blend the hot water with cold water. Caution: Do not use the hot water directly from the heater, as it can cause scalding. Additionally, as pressure and some water will be relieved from the safety valve during operation, it is needed to have a drain pipe somewhere near the water heater.

2. Use only dedicated circuit for the water heater installation. According to Malaysia Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s guidelines, the installation of electrical water heaters with ratings of 3kW, 3.8kW, and 4.5kW requires 20A, 25A and 32A power supply respectively, and use 4mm² wires for optimal safety protection. In a 240V environment, the load of 3kW heating element is 12.5A, whereas 3.8kW is 15.8A and 4.5kW is 18.75A. Please ensure a proper electricity supply is reserved for use with Esio storage water heater.

3. We recommend engaging a certified and qualified technician for installation. Ensure they follow the guidelines outlined in the User Manual and Installation Diagram to prioritize safety. Additionally, consider our installation service for added convenience.

4. The Installation Service available for purchase on our website covers standard installation procedures. This includes mounting the Esio water heater, connecting both electricity and plumbing within a 1-meter length, and conducting operational tests. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the standard scope.

When selecting heating specifications, it's crucial to consider the amperage required to support each. You can find this information on the water heater switch located outside your bathroom, indicating the maximum current load to support the water heater. Here are the details:

- 3kW: Minimum 13A
- 3.8kW: Minimum 16A
- 4.5kW: Minimum 19A

When choosing Esio water heater models, you can identify the heating specification by looking at the last two digits at the end of the model name. "30" represents 3kW, "38" represents 3.8kW, and "45" represents 4.5kW.
