Charges Details
Transportation fees:
- Within one year of purchase, we will not charge any transportation fees.
- If it's been over a year since purchase, we will charge transportation fees based on the location of the repair request.
Repair and Service fees:
- Within the warranty period and the product’s condition meet the terms and conditions: Inspection and replacement of faulty parts are free of charge.
- After the warranty period: Technicians will assess the product's malfunction and provide a quotation based on the on-site evaluation.
💡Soft reminder: If the product has exceeded its intended lifespan or if the cost of repairs is likely to surpass the value of purchasing a new unit, technicians may advise against repair to avoid potential hazards from an aging product.
