May I know the charges for service and repair?

Transportation fees:

• Within one year of purchase, we will not charge any transportation fees.
• If it's been over a year since purchase, we will charge transportation fees based on the location of the repair request.

Repair and Service fees:

• Within the warranty period and the product’s condition meet the terms and conditions: Inspection and replacement of faulty parts are free of charge.
• After the warranty period: Technicians will assess the product's malfunction and provide a quotation based on the on-site evaluation.
