What is Esio's patented structure? How does it differ from other brands?

Malaysia’s No.1 Patented Technology for Storage Water Heaters

In pursuit of delivering users the most reassuring and comfortable bathing experience, Esio develops heating technology recognized by global patents from the US, Germany, the UK, Japan, Taiwan, China, and beyond.

Overview

Experience the Esio difference with our exclusive patented Thermal Amplification Tech™, seamlessly integrating instant and storage water heating for reliable high flow, fast heating, and consistent temperatures.

Patented Technology: Cold and Hot Water Separation

The specially designed inner tank has the patented structure that prevents incoming cold water from mixing with the hot water inside the water tank directly, the cold water will be instantly heated in the Instant Heating Zone (IHZ) to minimizing temperature fluctuations. Enjoy up to 400% more hot water and a luxurious bathing experience at home.

Principle of Technology

The inner tank is crafted into three zones:
  1. Low Temperature Zone
  2. Instant Heating Zone (IHZ)
  3. High Temperature Zone

Advantages

  • Excellent Heating Efficiency

The cold and hot water separation structure prevents cold water from mixing with hot water, thereby enhancing heating efficiency.

    • Consistent Water Temperature and Flow
Instant heating ensures consistent hot water flow, which provides an elevated bathing experience.
    • Optimal Space Utilization

Unlike traditional storage water heaters with larger tanks, Esio’s innovative technology offers a more compact design while delivering 400% more hot water capacity.

Differences from Traditional Storage Water Heater

Traditional storage water heaters have no special structure inside the inner tank, which means the incoming cold water will directly blend with the hot water inside the water tank and result in a fast temperature drop. Therefore, traditional storage water heaters need larger tanks to provide sufficient hot water. In addition to their bulky size, traditional storage water heaters exhibit slow heating rate. During operation, cold water mixes with the preheated water inside the tank, leading to reduction in heating efficiency. Over time, this inefficiency results in significant high energy consumption.
