What is included in the Installation Service? Which type of services require additional charges?

If you prefer the Installation Services by Esio technicians, we will follow the standard installation procedures below:

  1. Installation at dedicated location
    Securely fix and install the Storage Water Heater at the dedicated location.

  2. Water Pipes and Power Connection
    Conduct connections for hot and cold water pipes, connect the power cable and switch, ensure that the Storage Water Heater is free from water leakage or short circuits.

  3. Functionality Test
    After the installation is completed, the technician will conduct actual tests on the inflow and outflow of water as well as the power supply functionality to ensure the smooth operation of the Storage Water Heater.

Rest assured that once all the steps have been completed, our technicians will perform a comprehensive final inspection to ensure the Storage Water Heater is functioning optimally before concluding their service at your location.

  • Standard Installation Accessories / Specifications:
    • Inlet and outlet pipe: Stainless Steel Corrugated Pipe
    • Power cable: 240V 4mm²
    • Transparent drainage hose: PVC material with dimension of 6 MM inner diameter, 9 MM outer diameter

*Please be informed that the standard length for all accessories is 1 meter. If your installation area requires a length longer than this standard, we would be delighted to accommodate your request, though additional charges may apply.

 

Other Services

Please be advised that standard installation services do not include the removal or recycling of old storage water heaters. If you require these supplementary services, we kindly direct your attention to the information below, detailing the associated fees.:

*Please be advised that the cost associated with the removal of Storage Water Heaters sized 50 liters and above, particularly those with larger tanks, is subject to an actual assessment of conditions. Our technician will provide a quotation based on factors such as difficulty and available space for removal.

*The removal and recycling of old INSTANT water heaters are provided to you at no additional cost.
