Esio provides a Limited Warranty for every purchase of product under the brand name of “Esio” and sold by “ESING INDUSTRY (M) SDN BHD”. We reserve the final right to determine the validity of the warranty.
Warranty Periods
For every purchase of Esio Storage Water Heater, we provide the following warranty:
- Internal Parts: 1 year
- Heating Element: 3 years
- Inner Tank: 5 years
*If the product is being used at a commercial place, all of the above are guaranteed for one year only.
Warranty Scope
This warranty becomes void if:- The installer fails to follow the installation guidance stated in the product manual.
- Repairs are conducted or attempted by individuals not authorized by Esio.
- Any of the components are altered or modified or removed.
- Water supply is not provided by an approved water operator by the Malaysia Government.
- The usage of water containing chloride or chemicals exceeds 20ppm.
- The warranty coverage excludes the following scenarios: Improper installation, lightning, natural disasters, pest attacks, fire, negligence, accidents, floods, pollution effects, and abnormal voltage or the utilization of generators.
