Storage Water Heater
Recommended solution:
Kindly adjust the lever of the hot and cold water switch slightly towards the cold water zone until you reach a comfortable water temperature. If you still find the water temperature too high after adjusting the lever, use a flat-head screwdriver or a coin, adjust the "Cold/Hot Water Valve" under the mixer tap to regulate the mixed water flow, altering the ratio of hot and cold water to adjust the temperature. Typically, turning the cold water outlet counterclockwise and the hot water outlet clockwise will lower the temperature.

Recommended solutions:
- Adjust the "Cold/Hot Water Valve" under the mixer tap to regulate the mixed water flow, altering the ratio of hot and cold water to lower down the temperature.
- Install a Thermostatic Mixing Valve, which allows you to adjust the water temperature by turning a mechanical knob to mix a specific quantity of cold water, ensuring a safe and consistent temperature to prevent scalding.
