When both temperature display and red/green lights are on, but there is no hot water
- Possible reason 1: The heating element or the wires connecting to the heating element may be damaged.

When both the temperature display and red/green lights are off, and there is no hot water
If none of the indicator lights are on, it indicates that the machine is not receiving power. This could be due to the built-in Panasonic Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) tripping or the main power switch tripping due to overloading.
The inspection methods are as follows:
- Check at the main electrical panel box to confirm if the water heater's dedicated circuit breaker has tripped.
- Check the water heater's built-in Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) to see if it has tripped.
Ensure that both switches are in the ON position.
Series E
- Horizontal Installation: Flip the ELCB from right to left to switch on the water heater.
- Vertical Installation: Flip the ELCB from down to top to switch on the water heater.
Series S
- Vertical Installation: Flip the ELCB from left to right to switch on the water heater.
- Horizontal Installation: Flip the ELCB from down to top to switch on the water heater.
