Installation Service

What's Included in Esio's Standard Installation Service:

1. Installing the Esio Storage Water Heater in the designated location.
2. Ensuring proper connections for hot and cold water piping and electrical cables.
3. Conducting tests on water and electricity supply to ensure the storage water heater functions correctly.

Rest assured, our plumber will only leave the site once all the tasks above have been completed and confirmed.

Remarks:

1. The standard length for water piping and electrical cables is within 1 meter. Please note that additional charges may apply for lengths exceeding 1 meter.
2. The installation service does not cover the removal of customer's old storage water heater (water heater with tank). Additional charges may apply if customers request removal or recycling of the old water heater.
3. Our team can provide free removal service if the old water heater is an instant water heater.
